About The Kitten Cove NQ Inc

Founded in 2025 and incorporated in 2026, The Kitten Cove is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping orphaned and surrendered kittens find their forever homes.

We operate with a small network of compassionate foster carers who volunteer their homes and their time to give each kitten the love, care, and socialisation they need before adoption.

Every kitten in our care is desexed prior to adoption — a vital step in reducing the number of unwanted litters born each year to undesexed cats. In addition, all kittens are vaccinated and microchipped in accordance with Queensland law before joining their new families.

Our Mission Statement:

The Kitten Cove NQ Inc exists to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome cats and kittens that are abandoned, surrendered, mistreated or without an owner. Through foster care, veterinary treatment, socialisation and responsible adoption practices, we work to give every cat in our care the best possible chance of a safe, healthy and permanent home, while promoting responsible cat ownership and reducing unnecessary euthanasia.
